Available in sizes to suit the Portico, Resort or Legend in the Softub range our rattan surrounds hug your Softub hot tub to add a stylish and practial finish.

Serving as additional seating, a place to put your towel, your glass or your friend – a rattan surround is as practical as it is beautiful.

Dispatch

We ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands and aim to deliver your online order within 3-5 working days to addresses on UK mainland. Other addresses may take an additional few days.

Delivery

Items are dispatched on an insured 48 hour Parcelforce service at a cost of £7.95 to UK mainland. An additional charge for orders to Ireland and the Channel Islands applies. Postage on all orders over £75 is free of charge.

Returns & Cancellations

You can cancel or amend your order as long as it has not been processed yet. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations and returns are at the company’s discretion.

Please note: On the day of the service your spa must be filled and heated to a minimum of 30 degrees to ensure an effective flush of the internal components. We also require a minimum clearance of 60cm on all sides of the spa. Please provide any relevant details regarding access and condition of the spa at the point of booking.
