We offer a range of installation packages from “supply only” to a full Installation Service through one of our hot tub engineers, including the delivery and installation of the product as well as a comprehensive product induction. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to have an electrical point installed prior to delivery, e.g. a 13amp outdoor socket for our plug and play range. Should you have any questions about this or require our assistance then our team will of course be happy to help.

The Ripon Patio Series Hot Tub is our latest offering. Operating from a standard 13 amp supply, The Ripon Hot Tub is economical yet fully featured, including WiFi Control.

Designed by our team and built to a very high specification, the acrylic shell is made from USA Lucite Acrylic with a composite all weather cabinet, built in ledge seat, 12 powerful stainless steel/plastic hydro therapy jets providing a soothing massage. The therapy continues with its colour change LED lighting providing a warm sensual glow within the hot tub.

The Ripon – 4 Person Hot Tub

The Ripon 4 Person Hot Tub benefits from an internal air curtain insulation around the inside of the cabinet. A powerful 2 speed 2 horse power pump provides powerful adjustable jetting to suit all users, the 2 kw heater ensures fast and accurate heating up to 40 degrees celcius and is adjustable in 1 degree increments. The filtration system works through a skimmer pot keeping the water clear and free of surface debris, filters have a 50sq/ft filtration area and the cleanable cartridges can be replaced in seconds without having to drain the tub. The tub will accommodate 4 adults in comfort.

Delivery

Once you have placed your order for your new hot tub or garden building we will offer you a delivery date based on stock availability, lead times and of course your personal requirements.

On delivery our friendly technicians will set up your new product for you on site and our customer service team will then give you a socially distanced product induction over the phone.

Returns & Cancellations

Once you have placed your order you have a 30 day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel or amend your order and receive a full refund on any deposits paid.

Once your order is out for delivery (even if this is within 30 days of placing your order) you are no longer able to cancel or amend it. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of hot tubs that have been delivered and installed.
