Installation Service Available

We offer a range of installation packages from “supply only” to a full Installation Service through one of our hot tub engineers, including the delivery and installation of the product as well as a comprehensive product induction. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to have an electrical point installed prior to delivery, e.g. a 13amp outdoor socket for our plug and play range. Should you have any questions about this or require our assistance then our team will of course be happy to help.

This latest and most advanced Softub model is available as a 5-6 person spa , quipped with the powerful Poseidon Jet system and boasting a new range of gorgeous colours in the stylish and supremely durable Syntex ™ material.

The powerful Poseidon jet with a whirlpool nozzle creates a real whirlpool and extremely strong flow for a supreme massage experience. The jets can be selected in four separate settings: 1. jets on the left hand side only 2. jets on the right hand side only 3. all jets or 4. only the Poseidon Power Jet, allowing you to create a more individual massage experience for everybody who is enjoying the Softub at the same time. The Portico is also equipped with additional LEDs for a more vibrant illumination and boasts a hydromassage bench for added comfort.

Softub steps and surrounds in a choice of colours and materials can be added to the Softub Portico at an additional cost to create a perfect oasis of relaxation.

Delivery

Once you have placed your order for your new hot tub or garden building we will offer you a delivery date based on stock availability, lead times and of course your personal requirements.

On delivery our friendly technicians will set up your new product for you on site and our customer service team will then give you a socially distanced product induction over the phone.

Returns & Cancellations

Once you have placed your order you have a 30 day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel or amend your order and receive a full refund on any deposits paid.

Once your order is out for delivery (even if this is within 30 days of placing your order) you are no longer able to cancel or amend it. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of hot tubs that have been delivered and installed.
