We offer a range of installation packages from “supply only” to a full Installation Service through one of our hot tub engineers, including the delivery and installation of the product as well as a comprehensive product induction. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to have an electrical point installed prior to delivery, e.g. a 13amp outdoor socket for our plug and play range. Should you have any questions about this or require our assistance then our team will of course be happy to help.

The York 6 Person Hot Tub is a versatile hot tub combining stylish design with high performance at an affordable price. Built to fit most garden spaces, The York Hot Tub measures 200cm x 200cm, and offers WiFi control from any smartphone.
The York benefits from an insulated cabinet and is constructed from the highest quality Lucite Acrylic as well as stylish composite panels making it suitable for any weather.
Multicoloured underwater LEDs add atmospheric lighting to any late night dips and the LED touch screen is fully wifi enabled for an extra touch of user friendly luxury.
A powerful 3 horse power pump provides powerful adjustable jetting to suit all users, the 3 kw heater ensures fast and accurate heating up to 40 degrees celcius and is adjustable in 1 degree increments. The filtration system works through a skimmer pot keeping the water clear and free of surface debris, filters have a 100sq/ft filtration area and the cleanable cartridges can be replaced in seconds without having to drain the tub. The tub will accommodate 6 adults in comfort.

Delivery
Once you have placed your order for your new hot tub or garden building we will offer you a delivery date based on stock availability, lead times and of course your personal requirements.
On delivery our friendly technicians will set up your new product for you on site and our customer service team will then give you a socially distanced product induction over the phone.
Returns & Cancellations
Once you have placed your order you have a 30 day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel or amend your order and receive a full refund on any deposits paid.
Once your order is out for delivery (even if this is within 30 days of placing your order) you are no longer able to cancel or amend it. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of hot tubs that have been delivered and installed.
