It’s Our Ten Year Anniversary!
It is hard to believe that Hot Tubs & Living is now ten years old! Who would have thought that a dip in a hot tub whilst staying with family in Germany would result in a successful hot tub business over a decade later! It has taken hard work and dedication to get to this point, we are a family owned and operated business so there have been both sacrifices and wonderful times along the way, but as we celebrate our ten-year anniversary, it is a reminder of what you can achieve with hard work and dedication to providing high quality products and excellent customer service. We initially founded Hot Tubs & Living in July 2011. We were working from a small warehouse in Pocklington and attending every major trade show across the country in order to get our products into the mainstream. This included a particularly memorable visit to Glastonbury in the Summer of 2014!
Even though we are based in York, North Yorkshire, we have installed hot tubs the length and breadth of the UK from Cornwall to Glasgow and have done our absolute best to make sure our customers get precisely what they want. This means we have sourced the absolute best products in our industry, so no-one has to compromise on luxury and quality. We have hot tubs for every budget, every style and solution and to prove it, we have even installed one of our hot tubs on a roof!
Since then, we have been importing and selling a premium collection of innovative, high quality hot tubs that have been carefully selected for their energy efficiency, user friendliness and outstanding quality, including Softub hot tubs with their unrivalled energy efficiency and portability, as well as Villeroy & Boch spas with their ground-breaking JetPak technology. As our team grew bigger, we moved over to Northminster Business Park, where we are still based. As our business grew, so did our personal lives and after one house move, two children and one very unfortunate pandemic later, we have finally opened our fabulous new showroom on the business park! Our fabulous showroom features 150 square metres of hot tub inspiration to peruse at your leisure. With permanent displays of our premium hot tubs, you can not only be assured by the quality and high standards we provide here at Hot Tubs & Living, but you are bound to find the perfect one to suit you and your home! (Even if it is on a rooftop!)
Despite our fabulous new showroom, we have never quite outgrown the fun we have attending consumer events and shows up and down the country. We love being able to showcase our amazing range of products and meet with our customers in person and being able to answer all your questions face to face. Being able to see the joy our hot tubs bring has made every effort we put into our business completely worth it. So, even though we are celebrating our success and our ten-year anniversary, we also want to say thank you to you, our customers, whom without your support we wouldn’t be where we are today! So, a toast to everyone here at Hot tubs & living, our wonderful staff, our families, and a toast to our customers. Here is to countless memories made and to countless ones in the future!
