We offer a range of installation packages from “supply only” to a full Installation Service through one of our hot tub engineers, including the delivery and installation of the product as well as a comprehensive product induction. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to have an electrical point installed prior to delivery, e.g. a 13amp outdoor socket for our plug and play range. Should you have any questions about this or require our assistance then our team will of course be happy to help.

Each of the four seats features a different layout of jets, targeting a different muscle or body part bringing the grand total of jets to 48 and providing anything from neck massages to foot massage over shoulder, back, thigh, calves and everything inbetween.

Designed and built to our high standards and specifications, the USA Lucite Acrylic and composite wood panels ensures The Knaresborough Hot Tub is appropriate for all weathers. Two pumps and a powerful 3 kw heater offer the best possible hydrotherapy experience whilst the 48 stainless steel jets provide maximum massages and pampering. Delivery

Once you have placed your order for your new hot tub or garden building we will offer you a delivery date based on stock availability, lead times and of course your personal requirements.

On delivery our friendly technicians will set up your new product for you on site and our customer service team will then give you a socially distanced product induction over the phone.

Returns & Cancellations

Once you have placed your order you have a 30 day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel or amend your order and receive a full refund on any deposits paid.

Once your order is out for delivery (even if this is within 30 days of placing your order) you are no longer able to cancel or amend it. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of hot tubs that have been delivered and installed.
